Get in the Christmas spirit this festive season with a magical experience at Christmas at Kew. The new 2025 trail in Kew Gardens promises an enchanting experience, with creations and illustrations from artists from all over the world. Admire larger-than-life illuminations as you walk the famous trail.
Make the most of the charming attractions, including a visit to the fairground, toasting marshmallows, and seeing Father Christmas! Enjoy fantastic photo opportunities throughout your visit as you make your way around the 3km trail.
Enjoy delicious street food ranging from hot dishes to sweet treats, available for purchase along your walk. Sip on a hot chocolate to keep you warm as you admire the mesmerising lights. The Pavillion Bar & Grill will also be open for walk-ins, offering a special festive menu.
A magical experience for all ages, Christmas at Kew is a must.
Opening Hours: Gates open at 4:20pm, last entry between 7:00pm – 8:00pm depending on gate (check with staff on gate)

Meeting Point: Kew Gardens, Victoria Gate
The gardens close at 10pm. Final entry is at 8pm at the Victoria Gate.
Bicycles, tricycles, roller skates, skateboards, micro-scooters, balance bikes and other vehicles (except powered wheelchairs) aren’t permitted at this event and must be left at the gates.
Wheelchairs are available to borrow on a first come first served basis, these cannot be reserved. We do not permit use of Kew mobility scooters on the trail but visitors are welcome to use their own.
Disability assistance dogs are welcome on a short lead. Other dogs are not allowed.
Once booked, this activity cannot be cancelled or amended.
