What we do
Chillout London helps you discover and book great experiences offered by trusted third-party operators. We act as a booking agent only and earn commission from our partners. We don’t run or deliver the experiences ourselves.
Who provides your experience
All tours, tickets, and attractions are operated by independent suppliers. When you book, your contract is directly with the supplier, and their terms apply.

Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 08 Feb. 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of https://chilloutlondon.com.
1. Commission-Based Agency Model
Chillout London acts solely as a commission-based booking agent for carefully selected independent third-party operators. We do not own, operate, manage, or supply tours, events, tickets, attractions, accommodation, transport, or experiences.
All products are provided by independent third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”). Chillout London earns commission from successful referrals or bookings. Contracts for services are formed directly between you and the Supplier, and responsibility for the quality, safety, and delivery of services rests with that Supplier.
2. Supplier Responsibility, Reviews and Feedback
a) Reviews and feedback
Customers submitting reviews or feedback are encouraged to clearly identify the Supplier they booked with. This promotes transparency and helps future customers make informed decisions.
b) Supplier vetting
We work with carefully selected Suppliers and periodically review our partnerships. However, service standards may vary. Customers are encouraged to raise service-related issues directly with the Supplier at the time of the experience for the most effective resolution.
c) Escalation to Chillout London
If an experience falls materially short of expectations, customers may also contact Chillout London at info@chilloutlondon.com. While we do not control third-party operations, feedback is reviewed and may inform future partnership decisions.
3. Bookings and Contract Formation
By completing the checkout process, you make an offer to purchase a Supplier’s product. A binding contract is formed only once the booking is accepted and confirmed by the Supplier.
4. Prices and Commission
- Prices shown include applicable booking fees and VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Chillout London earns a commission from Suppliers for successful referrals or bookings.
- Commission does not affect the price you pay unless expressly stated.
5. Cancellations and Amendments
All bookings are subject to the Supplier’s cancellation and amendment terms, which are displayed prior to purchase.
Some products may be non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Applicable notice periods, cancellation fees, and conditions vary by Supplier and experience.
6. Events, Tours and Attractions
- Experience details, durations, routes, artists, and timings are estimates and may change.
- Suppliers reserve the right to alter arrangements, refuse admission, or delay entry where necessary.
- Seating or access is guaranteed only to the value shown on the ticket or booking confirmation.
7. Personal Arrangements and Risk
Travel, accommodation, visas, insurance, and other personal arrangements are your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chillout London is not liable for losses beyond the booking price and fees paid. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Customer Information
You must provide accurate contact and billing details. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in cancellation or amendment at the Supplier’s discretion.
9. Complaints
Operational issues should be raised directly with the Supplier at the time of the experience where possible.
Written complaints to Chillout London must be submitted within 14 days of the experience. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours.
10. Third-Party Terms
Your booking is governed by the Supplier’s own terms and conditions. By booking through this Website, you agree to be bound by those terms in addition to these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All Website content is owned by or licensed to Chillout London. Use is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
