The Glass Floor Experience

You boarding pass is valid from either Royal Docks or Greenwich Peninsula.
Experience times:
Weekdays between 07am to 9am: 5min approx.
After 7pm every day: 12-13min (night flight experience).
All other times: 10 minutes approx.
Frequency: Every 30 seconds.
Children under the age of 5 travel free when accompanies by a fare-paying adult.
The Round-trip ticket is valid from either Royal Victoria Docks or Greenwich Peninsula for non-stop round-trip travel.
Journey times vary according to passenger flow and weather conditions.
IFS Cloud Cable Car Line may temporarily close if there is threat of lightning and thunder to the surrounding area or extremely strong winds.
The IFS Cloud Cable Car is fully accessible to most wheelchairs and pushchairs.
Offers step-free access and space for bicycles in each cabin.
Car parking facilities are available, including at North Greenwich Tube station and the O2.
Nearest toilet facilities are available at North Greenwich Tube station.
IFS Cloud Cable Car does not operate on the 25th of December.

Standard Champagne Experience
For the Standard Champagne Experience, you must start at the North Greenwich Terminal, as drinks are only served there.
The Glass Floor Experience
The Glass Floor Experience can only be boarded and started from the IFS Greenwich Peninsula Terminal.
All passengers must attend a mandatory safety briefing before boarding. Please arrive at the IFS Greenwich Peninsula Terminal least 10 minutes before your slot time to allow for this.
Each Glass Floor Cabin has a standard capacity of six people per cabin. Kindly note that, as your reservation falls within a shared time slot accommodating up to six guests, cabin sharing with other participants may be required. If there is a guest with a mobility scooter/wheelchair, the capacity is reduced to three additional people with a wheelchair and one additional person with a mobility scooter.
Please note that the Cable Car features a glass floor, guests planning to wear skirts or dresses may wish to consider their attire to ensure comfort and appropriate coverage during the ride. To protect the glass floor, sharp objects, high heels, and bulky items may be restricted. Sturdy footwear with non-slip soles is recommended.
Passengers must avoid running, jumping, inside the cabin.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
