You must download the Ticketmaster app on your smartphone. Log in to the app and download your tickets by 30th December. You must do this before entry, as guests without tickets will be denied access to the event. Please ensure your phone is charged and ready for use. Please ensure you are appropriately dressed for when you enter the Exclusive Ticketed Viewing Area for the best view of the fireworks in London.
All guests must present their Golden Tours ticket and their GLA Fireworks ticket (from Ticketmaster). You cannot enter the event without both tickets.
