Visitors must arrive within 15 minutes of their booked timeslot.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Photo ID will be required for those aged between 14 -17 attending the museum without an adult.
Free entry for children aged 3 and under, however an infant ticket must be added to your basket. Infant tickets can only be added with the purchase of an adult ticket.
Free amendments and cancellations up to 48 hours before scheduled date.
