Accessibility: please be aware that this experience involves multiple steps and is only accessible in parts on the ground floor. The exhibition is only partially wheelchair accessible; due to the building’s listing constraints, there is no access to the 1st floor
Please note that prams and pushchairs are not allowed inside and should be stored at the ticket office
Carers are welcomed at the exhibition with free admission upon showing the appropriate documentation at the entrance. Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket.
Age requirement: all ages are welcome! Children under 4 enter free of charge. Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult
Basically, we have two floors and there are stairs. So, wheelchair customers have limited access to the upper floors. Instead, we offer them a ticket discount (Reduced mobility).
